Have to admit I never though of using shapes as a guide for choosing form for people or objects. I will practice this technique on my next Film shoot.
Well done! I love how you talked so simply about this and proved your point. This is the first video I’ve seen on this site and I can already tell I’ll be hooked here from now on.
This is quite similar to the route I’ve taken to better my DSLR cinematography – shooting still images. Focusing on a single frame – composing, lighting, framing, posture… until it looks like a screenshot from a movie.
I think that’s lacking natural required as a result of exaggerated brightness Although the actress white skin naturally and do not need all this artificiality with added abnormally but I like the physical status of the actress and dealing with the details of the body and the clothing worn by
The form of her body as it cuts against the window light, and it’s aesthetic beauty are extremely dramatic and can be thought of as a basis or inspiration for a cinematic idea. There is a simplicity in the pose, but also a sense of mystery.
Also the slightly green, cross-process color palette relates to color grading as a way to add drama. Color has a very real impact on how we feel. Interesting topic. Thanks.
Good Analysis Markus – I can’t believe I completely missed the tattoo.
