I believe you are right. Did a bit of research and found this from Rat Patrol:

Double checked to see if the music department shared commonality but nope. I think the audio is from the scene when they infiltrate the town to sneak up on the Tiger tanks.
Listening to it I just got a Rat Patrol vibe
