Anyone have any insight as to what this consists of? Our VFX guy is asking for one from our editors (FCP) and they are a little stumped. I’m guessing it’s just some kind of filemaker to track the cut. Any advice or samples would be really appreciated.

This is the kind of stuff that gets lost with self teaching, and ‘I bought a program so now I’m an editor/designer/whatever’. There’s a lot more to know than just making the video look cool.

That said, I’m a big advocate of self learning. You just have to understand that there’s volumes of stuff you need to know.
