“Hollywood isn’t all cocktails and blowjobs.”

Ric Waite was the director of photography on a lot of Hollywood hits. Everything from Brewster’s Millions, to Cobra, to Red Dawn, to The Great Outdoors, he was a talented man who got his work done incredibly fast and orderly.

On a more personal note, he was also my cinematography teacher. R.I.P. Ric, you lived one helluva life and inspired a lot of people through your work.
