		<description>Yes, you would need copyright permission.  I couldn&#039;t tell you who owns the rights.  Several studios/distributors have been involved in the series.  Devil&#039;s Due Publishing owns the publishing rights to the comic books.  Don Mancini has written all of the screenplays.  There are reports that pre-production has started on a new sequel.  If this is what inspires you just go ahead and write it, if for no other reason than practice.</description>
