Bill Dyszel of PC Magazine shows us with a cell phone and some free editing software, anyone can make a movie.

I’m so tired of hearing would-be Spielbergs make excuses for the brilliant films they don’t make that I entered the 2009 Las Vegas 48 Hour Film Project fully committed to making a movie completely alone using a borrowed cell phone and free editing software—in a single weekend. I even used a borrowed laptop, which meant that I acquired everything essential to making the film at no cost. Zero, zip, nada. That’s a budget any filmmaker can afford.
